RESEARCH MATERIAL RETURN POLICY
At Ares Peptides, maintaining the integrity, safety, and quality of our research materials is a priority. Due to strict quality-control protocols, all research material sales are final and products are non-returnable once purchased.
Because we cannot verify the handling, storage, or environmental conditions of products after they leave our possession, returned research materials cannot be placed back into inventory.

Due to the nature of our research materials, we are unable to accept:
Returns or exchanges of research products
Returns due to a change of mind
Opened or previously handled products
Requests to exchange one research product for another
We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing checkout.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day after cleared payment.
Ares Peptides currently ships within the United States only. Shipping is not available internationally.
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Carrier transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, product availability, sales volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
